founder and ceo
I started my career in 2004, and after many signs from above, I set out to start my own salon and spa. In 2013, I established The Color Room. We started small with eight hair stations, one skincare room and two employees. Today we have 14 hair stations, five skincare rooms, and a team of 30 people who love what they do. My goal for my company is to provide careers for beauty professionals in an environment full of love, high standards, and boundless success. I wanted to change the stigmas for our industry and its people. We are not uneducated. We are artists. We are not “drop out’s.” We are trend setters. We don’t just do pretty hair and skin services. We provide world-class experiences backed by the highest forms of education in our industry.
My passion is growing people and delivering custom experiences for all of our guests. I personally excel in haircutting, lived-in hair color, and customer service. I am a L’oreal Profesionnel Color Ambassador, as well as an experienced manager of salons and spas for over 15 years. I love our industry. I can't live without it. I obsess over being the best version of myself, and leading with honesty and integrity. Let's work together. I'm eager to contribute significantly, and I believe open communication and mutual respect are essential.
I am determined to create a legacy for future industry professionals, and pass on the batton to the rightful next leaders. My company is a company that embodies artistic abilities and professionalism, humbly and honestly.
